Does NcStar offer drop ship?

Yes, NcStar provides direct blind shipping to your customer enabling the dealer to save space, time, and money. NcStar can ship within the United States, outside the United States, and to APO address. Shipments are generally sent via UPS.

How does the drop ship program work?

Dealers must contact our drop ship department at (866) 627-8278 or dropships@ncstar.com to set-up an account. Once established, the dealer simply can fax or email the drop ships.

What does my customer do if they have any questions on the item?

What if a defective item is delivered to the customer?

The customer can contact our returns department and we will assist the customer in receiving a functional item.
