For some time, New Century NcStar Inc., New Century Sci. & Tech., Inc., and Carson Cheng have been engaged in a dispute with C.J. Weapons Accessories LLC and is owner Jon W. Morgan concerning their respective rights over patents affecting the AR-15/M16 Combo Tool (NcStar Item TAR and C.J. Weapons Item MK-16 Combo Tool) and certain Magazine Loaders (NcStar Items AARLA, AAKLA, and AFNLA and C.J. Weapons Items AR-15/M16/Mini-14 Loader/Unloader and M14/M1A/Fn-Fal/H&K-91/Cetme Loader/Unloader).

The two sides are pleased to announce that they have reached an amicable resolution of their dispute. As the result of the resolution, Mr. Morgan and C.J. Weapons have acknowledged that the patents on these items are lawfully owned and controlled by Carson Cheng and/or NcStar. It has also been agreed the Mr. Morgan and C.J. Weapons may freely and lawfully sell these items to third parties during the terms of the patents.

Therefore, prospective purchasers of these items may buy them from either NcStar or C.J. Weapons with the assurance that the purchases will not give rise to any legal claims or complications from New Century NcStar, Inc., New Century Sci & Tech., Inc., C.J. Weapons Accessories, LLC, Carson Cheng or Jon W. Morgan.
