I wanted to express my appreciation for your outstanding customer service.  A few weeks ago I inadvertently left the windage and elevation caps for my DBB130 sight at the range.  They were gone by the time I tried to retrieve them.  I tried to find replacements available for purchase, but was unsuccessful.  When I contacted your customer service department I was simply asked for my address and then told the replacements were on the way.  I was very impressed with the commitment to customer service I found with your company.  I passed on my praise of you to my local gun shop, hopefully they will be able to use my testimony to sell some more of your scopes.  Thanks again for the great service.
